Jill Brown is the founder and CEO of ItsMyLocker.com, an online network where tweens can socialize safely. She is highly regarded and well known in the circle of Internet Safety experts. ItsMyLocker.com has been constantly regarded as the social networking choice by parents for their tweens.

ItsMyLocker.com is a cool, safe place for kids to connect with friends and community members. It is intended to be used by existing communities - kids that are already friends, existing groups, youth groups, scouts, neighbors looking for babysitters, etc. ItsMyLocker was designed to be appropriate for tweens. ItsMyLocker provides an environment that prides itself on safety, which is established through ID checks, education, and the assistance of parents and community leaders. This site is an outlet for socializing, creativity, and understanding responsibility – as an individual and as a community member. This is a place where kids can create businesses, earn money, and give back.

Jill is a 1993 graduate of Northeastern University where she holds a BS in Marketing and Management. Currently, she wears the hat of guest lecturer in Northeastern University’s business school for classes such as Electronic Marketing and On-line Advertising. She has 3 children, ages 13, 11 and 7.

Anthony Dobbins is a certified police officer in the State of New Jersey who currently holds the rank of Sergeant. A police officer for 23 years, he has served as a narcotics officer, detective, and crime prevention unit Sergeant. This specialized unit covered many aspects of prevention, but focused on Internet Safety and Crimes against Children. Dobbins, has attended extensive training in all regions of the United States. A pioneer in helping redefine the laws in the State of New Jersey, Dobbins made numerous arrests of online predators, who were soliciting minors, long before it was publicly recognized as a real threat. Dobbins, is currently in charge of training and technology at his agency. He has a degree in Criminal Justice. Anthony has a son, age 9, and a daughter, age 6.

For over 21 years, Tina Mohrmann served with the New York City Police Department (NYPD). She retired after achieving the rank of Captain in 2002.

Her assignments included tours in the Intelligence Division, the Public Information Division, the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and four precincts. Tina has held supervisory positions including: Platoon Commander, Operations Coordinator, Special Operations Lieutenant, Administrative Lieutenant, Integrity Control Officer and spokesperson/press liaison for the Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

As the Special Operations Lieutenant, she supervised approximately 110 officers and supervisors as she oversaw all of the specialized patrol units in the precinct (Anti-Crime Teams, Auxiliary Officers, Community Patrol Officers, Domestic Violence Officers, Explorer Program, Print Officers, Special Conditions Teams, Warrants Officers, Youth Officers). Tina was directly responsible for conducting scheduled precinct operations to remedy problem conditions (e.g., excessive noise from bars, truancy, prostitution and underage drinking). She has benefited from extensive training throughout her law enforcement career.

In addition to a B.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Tina also attained 12 credits towards an MBA from Baruch College. She is a member of the Captains Endowment Association (NYPD), a past member of the New Jersey Women in Law Enforcement and a past member of the Policewomen’s Endowment Association (NYPD).

Joann Corrao Spera, M.A. holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and School Social Worker and a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been working in the field of Education for thirty-five years as a teacher, counselor, school social worker, student teacher supervisor, professor in residence, parent trainer and teacher trainer. She has done numerous workshops for teachers, administrators, students and parents on managing discipline, social skills, strategies for special education students and dealing with the issue of bullying teasing and cyber bullying. She is a strong advocate for parents, children and teachers.

In the past few years Bullying had become a real problem in schools. Joann has taken her experience and the current research to help teachers, students parents and schools to combat the problem of bullying. She wrote, developed and implemented a school wide bully policy that worked! People find it easy to trust Joann. She is able to bring together and assist the students in getting the best educational and emotional support that they need. Most important to give everyone strategies they can use to stop the bully/victim cycle.

Michelle Ergh Curran is the webmaster for ItsMyLocker.com and GenerationTextOnline. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry including work in all phases of the system development life cycle as well as experience in project management. Michelle brings creativity and a passion for problem solving to support the design, development and maintenance of generationtextonline.com.

Prior to GenerationTextOnline, Michelle held the positions of VP of Client Services at OpenOrders, Inc, an order entry and inventory management software company that was acquired by IBM in 2000 and manager at Ernst & Young (Gapgemini today). Prior to her management positions, she held analyst and developer positions for First Data, Marketing Force and Bowman Distribution.

Michelle earned both a BS and MBA degree in marketing and information systems from Case Western Reserve University. She has 2 children, ages 13, and 10.
